Please review our Return and Exchange policies below before initiating a Return.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in NEW condition – unused, unwrinkled and undamaged – and be within 45 days of purchase. Any items that have been used and/or show any wear can not be returned.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange new, unused products for alternate items within 45 days of purchase.
To start an exchange, please email us at info@cheekypebble.com with the following information:
- Items to be returned
- New items requested
- Your full name and mailing address
- Payment method; and
- Reason for exchange.
We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package once the exchange details are confirmed.
Note: Additional costs for new items will be covered by you, the customer, before new items will be shipped. Any balances owing will be refunded upon receipt and confirmation of unused, returned items.
Any items that have been used and/or show wear can not be exchanged.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Every item is inspected and checked for quality before being sent out but sometimes things happen during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if something is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, stickers or decals.
Keychains, once the protective plastic cover has been peeled back (partially or completely), can not be returned.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved (provided your items are in new, unused condition), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
